                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS 
                   PERMIT FOR A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 
                   ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 1900 BLOCK 
                   OF ROSEBROOK DRIVE AND THE 7500 BLOCK OF 
                   GOODWIN ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF 
                   IGOU GAP ROAD SOUTHEAST OF DENTON LANE, MORE 
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE PLAT ATTACHED 
                   HERETO.
                   
                                                     
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a 
       Special Exceptions Permit for a final Planned Unit Development on 
       a tract of land located in the 1900 block of Rosebrook and the 
       7500 block of Goodwin Road, more particularly described in the 
       plat attached hereto and made a part hereof.
       
       	    	 A copy of the official PUD Plan is attached hereto and 
       incorporated herein by reference.
